We offer two flexible ways to work with us:
Flat upfront fee
Pay a fixed amount of $600* to receive a curated shortlist of 5 vetted candidates
Ideal for early-stage startups and businesses hiring for the first time
Includes a 30-day candidate replacement guarantee
Success-based fee
We take a $300* deposit to kickstart out search (will be deducted from success fee upon hiring)
10%* of the candidate’s annual salary, charged only upon signing
Includes a 60-day replacement guarantee
